45 minutes of play, movement, mindfulness, and discovery! 🌈✨ This fun and interactive class introduces kids to yoga through creative movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and imaginative play designed to inspire confidence, creativity, and a sense of peace within.

This is an independent kids class, not a Mommy & Me class, giving little yogis their own special space to explore, connect, move, and simply be themselves!

Are you completely new to yoga, haven’t been practicing for very long or just haven’t been on the mat for awhile? This beginner series offers an essential introduction to yoga basics. We will explore foundational yoga poses, sun salutations, and breath awareness practices. You will leave this series with the confidence to join a yoga studio class and the knowledge to start your own at home practice.

Yoga is for everybody and all bodies! You will learn how to adjust poses to work for your needs and to use blocks, straps, and bolsters. Yoga is an amazing cross training compliment to other sports. It helps develop body awareness and mindfulness. It also improves mobility and builds strength.

We’ll begin with a moving meditation to ground into our bodies, then settle into stillness. A 45 minute Yoga Nidra will guide you deeply into your being and bring your physical body into rest, digest, and heal mode.
