It’s not bourbon but this Wagyu Tartare with black garlic and cured egg yolk at King Bar from is spot on. The way the mustard and I believe fresh horseradish elevate this shareable is amazing. #.
You can grab this at the in Garden City, New York. This place is amazing and so are the rest of the restaurants and businesses in the rest of this wonderful town.

One of my top 5 Barrel picks of 2026 and we have 60+ barrels rolling through in 2026. If you told me a 100 proof Old Forester would be in the top 5 I would have laughed at you.
This K1 is the biggest flavor bomb I’ve had from ever and I have several black and blue label picks in the dugout!
