Unbelievably proud of my client who has completely changed her mindset towards fitness, health and nutrition and totally smashed her own goals, just in time for Christmas…🌟🙌🏽💥
Over 12 weeks she has lost 3 inches around her waist and lost 8lbs. Hannah’s journey has only just started and I can see her confidence grow not only on the gym floor but in herself and her amazing body and it’s capabilities… but the main change I see in her is her acceptance of herself and her body and I could not love this more 😍😍😍
Did she ‘diet’ and restrict food groups/calories? Absolutely not ❌
Spend hours and hours doing relentless cardio? Errrr no ❌
🌟Has she gradually increased her daily calorie intake? ✅
🌟Adopted a healthy and balanced approach to training and fitness? ✅
🌟Demonstrated how committed she is to adapt to a whole new approach to her training? ✅
🌟Maintained her weekly spin class that she loves? ✅
🌟Increased her strength and mobility? ✅
🌟Smashed new challenges and been really positive even when faced with things she’s unfamiliar with? Absolutely 👏🏾 ✅
I’ve enjoyed working with her and coaching her through the phased training programs and the mental challenges and ingrained ‘restrict and punish’ diet and fitness myths we, especially women, have been fed for years….I’ve watched her evolve and be proud of her achievements and I cannot wait to continue this journey with her into 2023!!!
Nothing, and I can wholeheartedly tell you NOTHING, beats feeling strong….The mindset you gain is the most powerful tool and this mindset transfers to all you face in your life with work, relationships, children, families, friends….
