kids class schedule!

Classes are 45 minutes.

Warm up, technique, a burnout and/or games

Tuesdays:
Boxing and Kickboxing aspects, striking techniques with punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. gloves and shin guards needed for class (we have some loaners for new students)

Thursdays:
Wrestlings and Jiu Jitsu. Learning takedowns, sweeps, pinning positions, submissions, as well as, defense, get ups, and escapes. Non loose, athletic fitting shirts and shorts.
