Just a reminder:
Idylwild Golf Club is private property designed exclusively for registered golfers. With kids out of school and summer here, we are thinking of Safety First!

🛑NO WALKING, PETS, FISHING, BICYCLES, FOUR WHEELERS, RANGERS, OR ANY OTHER UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES

For your safety, (and to keep our greens and fairways in shape), these things are strictly prohibited. 

⛳️ACTIVE PLAY:
Stray golf balls and moving carts create serious hazards for unauthorized people. 

Please respect the course boundaries, so our members, visitors and staff can enjoy a safe and uninterrupted game.  These rules are consistent with USGA Golf Safety Guidelines.

Parents please talk to your kids! Over the last few days, multiple young people have been driving unauthorized vehicles on fairways and greens. We will hold them responsible for any damages.

Congratulations to Drake Andrepont on receiving the $2000 Ray Moore Memorial golf scholarship! Drake is an outstanding young golfer, and this award is well deserved🎉👏⛳️

Ray Moore Cup Results! What a great turnout and fantastic day of golf and fellowship celebrating Mr. Moore. His contributions to SETX golf, Pinewood and Idylwild are just incredible.

Special thanks to Jimmy and Eileen Lewis for continuing his efforts!

Scott King and Scott Knowles captured the Ray Moore Cup with a fantastic 11 under 61!

Jordan Soper and JD loden were a close 2nd with a solid 63 and Zane Hoffpauir and Chris Nelson secured 3rd with a great 64.

First Fligh winners: Lynn Vacker and Blaine Webb clipped Darrell Landry and Aaron Holder in a playoff! 3 teams tied for third with 67. Tim Blount/Kevin Driskill, Buddy Landry/Jarrod Walton and Aaron and Cody Bonvillion.

The Second Flight was very competitive!
1st- Joe Guynes/Brian Lohr 65
2nd - Mike Andrepont/Laredo Womack 68
3rd - Paul Breaux/Fred Carver 70

Gary Robinson and Roderick Robinson dominated the 3rd flight with a 4 under 68!!!

2nd Place - Robert Minick/Laiton Meyers 72
3rd Place - Fred Hardy and Bill Hardy 74

It was great to see Ronnie Pfleider, Aaron Bonvillion and Jimmy Singletary playing today on their respective teams!

The fish fry Bill Carden and his staff put on was extraordinary!!!!
