🎄 Merry Christmas, dear friends and family! 🎅

As I reflect on this incredible personal fitness journey, I want to express my gratitude for the care packages that have arrived and the unwavering support I have received from all of you. Your encouragement has been instrumental in keeping me focused and motivated.

I can almost taste victory now, with just 5 days left to trim 1 minute off my 5k time. It's been a challenging goal, and at times I wondered if it was unrealistic to achieve by the end of the year. However, I'm amazed at how far I've come, going from a 35-minute 5k to a remarkable 23 minutes so far.

With the new year just around the corner, I'm excited to announce my resolution for 2024: I aim to participate in 24 5k races throughout the year, with the ultimate goal of completing them in less than 20 minutes. It's an ambitious target, but I believe with the dedication and perseverance I've shown so far, I can make it happen.

Once again, thank you all for your support and belief in me. Wishing you a joyful Christmas and a prosperous New Year! 🎉🏃‍♂️💪
