For those of you who may not know or remember Ephrem, he was a cherished member of our team who graduated in 2024. Ephrem was diagnosed with germ cell cancer and, after a courageous battle, he lost his life on July 29, 2024, just two months after graduating. He was only 18 years old.
Ephrem was not only a beloved teammate but also a role model whose passion, integrity, and dedication left a lasting impact on our team.
He led by example, always uplifting others, embracing challenges, and showing true sportsmanship in every race and practice. Ephrem embodied what it meant to be a teammate — his unity, heart, and commitment to excellence.
From the moment of his diagnosis, Ephrem faced his illness with remarkable bravery and an unwavering spirit.
Throughout countless treatments and hospital visits, he never lost his hope or his smile. He fought with everything he had, inspiring all of us with his resilience, determination, and positivity.
Congratulations to this years recipient, Scarlett Stec
