10 60lbs dumbbell dead lift
40 meter sled push
10 overhead press

This one was HARD! Full body, the purpose is to find a pace you can sustain without stopping to build grit, determination and endurance! To no give up when other do! Hard work pays!

School basketball is in high gear, so unfortunately we will be putting out less workout reels due to the schedule. Noah has practice and games 3-4 times a week and we are still trying to get our gym sessions in 2-3 days a week.

15 burpees
15 box jump
40 foot sled push
40 foot sled pull
10 mins amrap (as many reps as possible)

I was very apprehensive about putting this up but this is raw real footage of how this kid trains. The purpose is to show what really happens behind the scenes. People ask me how he trains, this is how through discipline, grit, determination.
