Integrated Defensive Systems Ju Chikara Do- jiujitsu, MMA, karate, judo, kung fu, kickboxing, fitness and tactical training This will start on Wednesday night at 6pm next week (June 1st).

CLASSES ARE ON:

Mondays & Wednesdays 6-7:30pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays 8am-9:10am

You can take all four classes if you want.
