I’m thinking about the minimum effective dose to maintain a 70 pound weight loss for 18 years now. The dose I’m talking about is training. I prioritize protein, eat enough fat for satiety, and I stay below my carbohydrate tolerance. For training, I do a combination of resistance and HIIT. Today: Push ups, Running Man, Squats, Criss Cross, Rows, T-step, Romanian Deadlifts, DNB step and Overhead Press: I combine the lifts I need with the moves I love. 💕
