Say hello to our newest trainer on staff!

Hi! My name is Kendra Matyshock. I have been involved in cheer for over 11 years, including 4 years as an athlete at Sonora High School. I’ve trained at Altitude for nearly 4 years, where I developed a strong passion for fitness and performance training.

I recently earned my Sports Performance Coach Certification and am currently a senior at Sonora High School. I’m excited to join the Altitude staff and help athletes build strength, confidence, and consistency every day.

I will be assisting with training in the afternoons as well as offering Saturday sessions from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM for athletes looking to get extra work in, prep for games, recover from the week or makeup a session you missed.

Last week, we were thrilled to host a homeschool group at our facility, giving them an inside look at our business operations! They learned about our background, daily operations, key partnerships, and the intricacies of our industry. I really enjoyed answering their questions and sharing knowledge I wish I had when I was younger. Everyone had an amazing time!

Proud coach moment! Gunner is such a hard worker with amazing potential. Never settles always tries to improve. Really excited for his journey thru all the sports he plays.
