There are 3 group excercise studios with over 60 fitness classes scheduled each week, all free to members. read mills and a variety of stationary bikes. The heart of the club is an 8,000 sq. functional training room equipped with a 40 yd. turf field, olympic rig, racks, free weights, benches, cable machines, too much to list! Sonoma Fit has a long list of amenities including small group training, one on one personal training, locker rooms with showers and a beautiful lobby with a smoothie and coffee bar. We offer a variety of membership options including day and week passes for visitors. Come check us out!
