Been getting so emo lately seeing my clients success 🥹 some clients have been with me for 2 or 3 years and you can truly see the results of compounding consistency 👊🏋️‍♀️

these BADASS ladies are :
-getting SO strong(adding 100+lbs on squat, deadlifts + hip thrusts)
-building a body+booty they truly love
-able to do things they never thought they could(crazy hikes, running marathons, becoming moms, competing in powerlifting, changing careers etc etc)
-building healthy lifestyles that they truly enjoy and can sustain in the long run(this is fu***ng HUGE)

Helping women build a body that they’re proud of is truly incredible. They’re not just proud of how they look(although that’s great too) but they’re proud of how their body moves, feels, and performs🥹

You deserve to feel strong, confident and capable in your body. Being strong is truly the best feeling. 🔗 iń b10 for coaching- let’s get stronger together 🥰

These are some of my staple meals and snacks that help me fuel heavy lifting, mountain biking, trail running, and a generally active life🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🚵‍♀️💃🪩

A lot of women are trying to train hard, recover well, build muscle, improve performance, and feel good in their bodies... while also under-eating🙃

Giiiiiiirl the math doesn’t math

If you want to perform, your body needs fuel

👉 Carbs give you energy for workouts and outdoor adventures
👉 Protein helps repair and build muscle afterward
👉 Fiber keeps digestion moving (because pooping is important too 😉)
👉 Healthy fats support hormones, recovery, and overall health

You don’t need to survive on salads and protein shakes(although I do love both)🙅‍♀️

You need enough FUEL

Especially as women- we are constantly overworking, under-eating, and under-sleeping…. it’s a recipe for feeling exhausted, recovering poorly, and spinning your wheels on your performance in the gym + outside

The good news? You can absolutely look good, feel good, and perform well at the same time👊

You just need the right training + nutrition to balance it all😇

Every Sunday when I look back at the week I’m truly filled with gratitude for the life I live. My days are so genuinely filled with lovely things and people. I feel truly grateful to be alive, doing something I love for work, have incredible people in my circle, an able body and peaceful mind ❤️

Practicing gratitude is the key to happiness.

Gratitude leads to presence and presence leads to happiness 😌

Another week in the books, can’t believe it’s already June 🙈
