Catch our new series classes, Building Pops & Icarian from 6-7:45 with and and Standing: Building the body from 8-10 with & Kerri! (Short descriptions of both below, please check the Bookwhen linked in bio for full descriptions and pre-reqs)
Beginner/Open level acro will move to Tuesdays, with beginner/flow L-basing from 6-7:45, followed by standing from 8-9:45. More info to come in the new year!

Pops & Icarian:
‼️YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS, THERE WILL BE NO DROP IN OPTION‼️
Our focus goes beyond mastering foundational skills; we’re delving into exciting pop sequences and working towards mastering toss skills
Flyers:
Elevate your body and aerial awareness. Our aim is to empower flyers with a deep understanding of their body’s movements, sensations, and the requirements for executing popping and icarian skills.
Bases:
Refine popping techniques for powerful throws and soft, seamless catches.
In Partnership:
Forge clear, respectful communication channels and foster a culture of constructive feedback. Learn to diagnose issues within a skill and strategize solutions collaboratively. Cultivate patience and respect for each other’s bodies as we navigate the challenges inherent in icarian/popping skills.
Pre-reqs: some experience with basic icarian pops (straight throws in throne and bird) and rocks-paper-scissors (shin to foot, bird, throne) connected pop sequence (in any order, no tempo necessary)
Standing Series:
Bases:
Getting stronger, faster and better at identifying movements to react and make active choices.
Flyers:
Growing body awareness and comprehensive of skills. Building reflexes within skills.
Goals for spotters:
Growing our understanding of spotting and develop faster hands and a more refined understanding how much to spot along and when.
Pre-reqs: Comfort with 2 high & Standing foot to hand
High bird or other overhead standing skill where base and flier must both contribute to balancing
