join us Equilibrium Acrobatics August 28-29-30 for 30 hrs of ACRO !!! come with skills you want to work on and bring training partners or find people who want to work on those skills with you !

last year we were blown away by what people were working on and we can't wait to see you all this month !

our gym has high ceilings and lines as well as mats . we'll be open:

7:30-12:00 (or later)

Saturday 29th

$80 (sliding scale $60-$100)

Every week we’ll have

- Handstands on Mondays
- Tumbling Tuesdays
- Dynamic standing + L-basing on Wednesdays
- Coaching on Thursdays
- Mobility flow + jam on Fridays

- Beginner class + jam on Sundays !

We’re also available for open training 7:30-10 Monday through Friday, and 12-8 on Sundays !

And don’t forget to save the date for SUMMERWEEN, July 24-27 ! An extra long weekend of acro workshops , lake time , jams , and a partayyy !

Dive into group acro, including 3 highs, swings, banquine, group circus shapes, organizing group shapes and more with three guest teachers!

Join at Equilibrium on Saturday May 11th from 3-4:30 pm for a handstand workshop.

This workshop will focus on leg shapes and how to control movement while in a handstand.
For those who don’t have a free-standing handstand we will have walls available and it will still be very beneficial.
Those with a free-standing handstand will get even more out of this offering and get to explore and expand.

This workshop is for both experienced hand balancers and those who have some experience but want more development.

Sam Star is not only a badass and internationally respected hand balancer but also an amazing coach and instructor. Offering insight and movement secrets built over years of practice and exploration!
