It is a common practice to exercise just for the benefits of looking great.
And this is totally not a bad thing!
However, you should also acknowledge that exercising also improves a variety of
cognitive functions.
Regular exercise will allow you to:
1. Increase blood flow to the brain
2. Improve mood
3. Reduce the risk of depression
4. Enhance learning capability
5. Improve memory
6. Improve mental clarity
