I had the opportunity to serve as a judge at a Business Plan Competition at Kean University today, and let me just say… the ideas, the passion, and the potential in that room were truly inspiring.

South Carolina, we’re bringing the conversation to you—and this is the grand finale.

The Uniquely Flawed Conversation Tour has traveled from city to city uncovering truth, pulling back layers, and creating sacred space for real talk about purpose, faith, and the fight to show up fully as who God designed us to be. Every stop has reminded me that our flaws aren’t disqualifiers—they are evidence of the story God is still writing.

This Saturday, September 20th from 11 AM–3 PM, I’ll be alongside Dr. Tiajuana Smith Pitman, Transformational Speaker, Author, Relational Intelligence Specialist, and Theologian, and PowerHer Realm Coaching, Author, and Transformational Speaker at The Doubletree, 405 Sigma Drive, Summerville, SC, for the last gathering of this tour.

Charlotte—YOU DID YOUR BIG ONE! 🔥

This stop on the Uniquely Flawed Conversation Tour was nothing short of powerful!  The atmosphere was charged with authenticity, power, and transformation. This room wasn’t looking for surface-level strategies; they showed up ready for real, raw conversations that break chains and unlock growth.

I showed up not just as The Business Architect, but as a woman willing to share my own experiences—the wins, the lessons, and the moments of double-mindedness I had to overcome. That kind of transparency isn’t always easy, but it’s necessary. It is what the assignment requires.  Because when we lead with authenticity, it gives others permission to do the same.  

I’m grateful for what I get to do. A purpose-driven and fulfilled life is a fruitful one—one where there is no alarm clock, the SPIRIT wakes you up every morning. When you’re aligned with what God called you to do, work doesn’t feel like work…it feels like impact.
