DID YOU DO COMPLETE THIS CHECKLIST TODAY?
Unfortunately, like the List itself we tend to put ourselves at the bottom of our priorities. We pride ourselves in providing for our family, being there for our friends, and taking care of our cars and our houses. But when is the last time you prioritize taking care of yourself?

A tell a lot of my athletes that the best ability is availability. The same goes for the athletes support system. If you aren’t prioritizing yourself, you won’t be available to support your family. Let alone take care of the rest of the important things in your life.
