Consistency…

When we aren’t consistent with the small goals we have set in place, it makes change hard. Consistency is not perfection. Being 100% every single day is not realistic, and we need to keep a realistic mindset in order to reach the goals and change we want to see. Also, we need to make sure that we are able to stay consistent with the plan to reach the goal most of the time.

Realistic Consistently can look like…

• Measuring your food to ensure how much you're actually taking in rather than eyeballing it.

• Going to the gym 4 days a week because that is what your schedule allows rather than trying to do more than causing you to burn out.

• Limiting caffeine around the same time each day to help you fall asleep better.

• Walking after each meal or parking farther to help get your steps in.

Being consistent will bring long term success as long as you give yourself enough time and you are realistic with what you are able to do and how often.

Consistently over Time will create Results.

When times get hard and you want to quit, remember that it takes time. Stay consistent and when you place faith into Fitness trust in the Lord for your source of strength.
