Integrated Bodywork (neuro muscular therapy) is a multi-disciplinary approach that works directly on the soft tissue, lymphatic system and nervous system, while balancing patterns of breath and posture. The treatment modalities practiced at the center are drawn from more than 30 holistic traditions. These techniques encourage cleansing, re-balancing and improved functioning of the body, mind and spirit.
