Bus leaves 5:30 am sharp Saturday Nov. 29th for our 1st tournament in Letcher County, Girl and Boys Highschool

We need volunteers to help bring some snack/food after weigh-ins on Saturday. This can include oranges, grapes, bananas, water, limes , sea salt, a source of protein like plain roasted chicken, maybe even a simple carbohydrate such as white rice. This is just to help get their bodies, refueled and rehydrated before they take the Mat and to continue to have a healthy burst of energy throughout the day. Concession food is not ideal for our wrestlers but we understand sometimes there’s no other option. So let’s all try to make sure there is a variety of better options for them to choose from.
If Anyone has any other ideas on things to bring by all means bring it! It’s imperative that we all work together to help our boys and girls have the best start to their wrestling season!

Open gym starts today after school 9/2/25 @3:30 pm at Wellness Center at the middleschool (not mandatory) schedule for open gym will be 3:30pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
