Meet Erika, our newest substitute teacher!
My path to yoga stemmed from a commitment to lifelong learning. As a collegiate student-athlete, I sought a sustainable movement practice that would stay with me beyond my days as a gymnast.

Yoga allowed for a merging of my love of movement and scholarly interests in mindfulness practices and breath work. My experience teaching yoga has centered around group fitness settings within a college community, informing my approach to teaching by offering foundational poses and ample extensions to meet the community where they are.

I love that through yoga I have found a space to cultivate wellness and balance through movement, breath, presence, and community.
