At Empire Wrestling Academy, we do not measure success with medals or trophies. Rather, we believe that an individual is successful when he continually commits to close the gap between his performance and his potential and when he understands that such a commitment represents a way of life, not merely a means to an end. Empire Wrestling Academy provides the tools that student-athletes need in orde

r to undertake such commitments. Empire Wrestling Academy’s goal is to use wrestling as a vehicle to promote a healthy lifestyle. Wrestling provides young men with mental tools to approach life in a positive “can do” manner. Obstacles are looked at as challenges by wrestlers not problems. Excuses are not part of our culture. Chris Nocca’s last high school practice. We are so proud of Chris as he continues his journey to Brown University to wrestle. From a freshman with a .500 record to a 2x Section 1 champion and 2x NYS 4th. He is an embodiment of what being a wrestler at Empire is all about. 4.0 gpa, a great leader and person, we wish him the best of luck.
