Good morning happy Monday!
Trading world and shipping world is a complete mess.
Being a manufacturer company of integrity, transparency, and punctuality thankful for all our RGX FAM supporters. That understands many of these factors are OUT OF OUR CONTROL. We can only control production. Many knows lately before proceeding or taking orders our CEO, Ben, has been making sure to have a lengthy personal conversation to explain all the current situation and risk. We are not about just closing the deals and getting the sales. We are 5 star business for many years because we prioritize service and punctuality.

There has to be a solution. It is hurting manufacturing companies and it is definitely hurting the consumers. Both ways trust is being lost.

Confidence in each other is being lost. Both parties loses money and time.

Please be advise MOTHER NATURE delays of shipment is out of any suppliers control!

There is nothing we can do to expedite shipping.

I understand everyone is eager to get uniforms.

But unfortunately some shipment is stuck in the post office.

Does not matter how many inquiries you do will not expedite it.

FYI, it’s been like over 1 week since I even receive mail.
