Club Wrestling is back in Solvang!

Through our partnership with Sandman Combat, Youth Empowered continues to expand opportunities for our community by offering traditional combat sports training alongside our Youth Empowered fitness programming.

These classes are for athletes who want to learn practical combat and self defense skills, train with partners through drilling and live practice, and develop toward competition. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or you’re an experienced competitor, there’s a place for you here.

Tuesday Schedule
🤼 5:00 PM – Wrestling (Ages 7–13)
🤼 6:00 PM – Wrestling (Ages 14+)
🥊 7:00 PM – Boxing (Ages 14+)

At Youth Empowered, our fitness classes focus on movement, strength, conditioning, and confidence in a non-contact environment. Through Sandman Combat, we provide the next step for those ready to train in the combat arts and combat sports through partner work, technical instruction, controlled live training, and competition pathways.
