Good Morning! It's Thursday before the Super Bowl. I am finally in the gym and will be here until 11:30 am today. I had to stop by Costco to get more water and fruit for you guys :-)

Let's make this another great day! Non members seeking to take a look at the gym and get pricing, feel free to take this time while I am here to come in through the back door. I look forward to seeing you. Members, it has been great seeing more of you since I retired from the school kitchen last month.

Well, we are well into February now. February 4 already!

I'm in the office a lot more now since I retired from working in the kitchen at the high school. I will start getting on here to let you know when I am in and when I am heading out to go home.

Today I plan to be here until 11:30 am. I got here at 8am but failed to get on FB to let you know.... I will attempt to do better from now on ;-).

Today I have an appointment here at 4:30ish, so if you want me to stay a little longer to see you, please let me know.

I hope this message finds everyone enjoying the new year!

As of this month, I am no longer working at the high school kitchen. I look forward to seeing you all a whole lot more at the gym. I am also more available for phone calls at any time now. This has been my first full week of retirement and I sure am enjoying it. I won't be bored since now I can spend more time here, and in a couple of months I will need to start getting ready to work on the bee hives at home.

If anyone is interested in checking out the facility for possible memberships, I would love to set up an appointment with you to take a tour. Or if you see that the office desk is ungated, I am probably getting a work out in, and the back door will be unlocked, feel free to stop in and say "hi".

Prices haven't been increased since 2022 and I have no plans to increase this year either, so prices are very reasonable. You can join with a 6 month or one year membership, or you can purchase an entry card with limited entries. Remember this facility is 24/7, so come when it is convenient for you.

Good morning. Happy Summer!

Things are already hopping this summer for me... in a good way :-) Hope all is going well with you as well. I will be "around" all summer, so please feel free to call/text me anytime. 319-270-6614.

On Saturdays I will be outside selling honey yet from 10am to noon, I will be at the gym working and working out on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. I am open to meeting with anyone at those times, or at preplanned appointments.

Hi folks, I will be at the gym again this Saturday to sell our raw honey from 10 am til noon. I am starting to run out so if you are close to needing some you should think about getting it. We won't be pulling any new honey until at least mid-June. We lost more hives this winter, down to 5 from our original 17 two summers ago. Our goal this year is to double what we have right now (so 10 hives). It's going to be a lot of work making sure they flourish during the summer.

If you aren't in the market for honey, since I will be at the gym, the front door will be unlocked and you will have the opportunity to tour the gym and get pricing information.
