Less than 2 weeks away & just a few spots remaining🤍 We are so excited to have Sofia joining us to guide this sacred & powerful practice.

A journey back to the frequency of love. A 1.5-hour Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony experience to reconnect with ourselves, our inner wisdom, and the present moment. Cacao nourishes the body and soul and is traditionally connected to the heart center. When the heart is open, we can feel more connected, compassionate, and accepting of change, allowing us to meet life’s challenges with greater ease and flow. Together, cacao and sound create a beautiful space to slow down, soften, and reconnect within.

Feeling so much gratitude after yesterday’s Sound Healing Training! 🤍 My heart is so full, and I could not be more proud of this incredible group of individuals who spent 8 hours of their day learning, exploring, and diving into the art and techniques of sacred sound.

I’m so honored you chose to spend your day with me and allowed me to share my love (and obsession!) for sound with you. ✨

We explored so much, from the science of sound and its role in nervous system regulation to ancient chakra mantra practices and the ins and outs of facilitating a sound healing session through a trauma-informed lens. And, of course, there was plenty of hands-on playtime with all kinds of beautiful instruments! ✨

Beyond the techniques and knowledge shared, it was a transformative experience filled with connection, self-discovery, and growth… and the day went by in a magical flash✨

Congratulations to each of you! 🎶 I can’t wait to witness where this journey takes you.

Our next training on 12/5 has just a couple of spots left! If you’ve been feeling called to explore sound healing, I’d love to welcome you.

If you’ve been wanting to come to a sound bath but feel like the year has passed you by, this is your invitation. 🤍 This will likely be my last sound bath of the year, so reserve your spot today!

As autumn winds down and the holiday season begins to pick up, take a pause at beautiful Walden in Aurora and give yourself some time to slow down, settle in, and reconnect with yourself.

Join me for a restorative sound journey with singing bowls, gongs, and vocals, creating space to relax, receive, and simply be.

Happy 10/10! ✨🤍

What a beautiful experience today, tapping into the energy of 10/10, new beginnings, and endless possibilities. We moved through grounding, manifestation exercises, and a powerful sound bath to embody and integrate the experience. A little space to pause, get clear, and open ourselves to what’s possible. ✨

Here are some affirmations to carry with you today:

🤍 I release what I have outgrown.
🤍 I trust what is leaving.
🤍 I welcome what is arriving.
🤍 I choose alignment.
🤍 I choose my new reality.

And you’ll never believe how many people showed up today… Exactly 10! 😉✨💫

Wishing you a season filled with infinite possibility.
