We are pleased to offer a two bedroom, one bath house for rent, situated at mile marker 76 on the Sterling highway. The house accommodates up to four guests at a nightly rate of $250. Nestled on 6.5 wooded acres between Skilak lake and Bings Landing in Sterling, the property is fully furnished with a washer/dryer, full kitchen, high speed internet, and all the amenities of home. A three night minimum stay applies. Each bedroom features one queen size bed. Considering the upcoming construction plans on the Sterling highway between Soldotna and Sterling, this house provides an ideal lodging option for guides with clients fishing the middle and upper Kenai River. 2006 Yamaha 50 hp with jet pump. 3,300 hours on motor. Oil changed religiously every 100 hours. Only 480 hours above 2,000 rpm. 1,800 hours used under 1,000 rpm. Runs great. Jet pump got brand new bearing and shaft last spring less than 100 hours ago. $5,500.

What is your favorite size halibut for eating!?? Mine is for sure a mid May to
Early June shallow water 30 pound halibut! The best, most firm, flaky white meat!!!

We just had a cancellation for our six bedroom/four bath North Star Lodge on the Kenai River The lodge is now open July 8-14 departing on the 15 th.
