TRCgymnastics

TRCgymnastics TRC Gymnastics provides outstanding gymnastics programs for the San Diego area. We also do open gyms, birthday parties and camps.

We have classes for all ages in preschool, recreational, ninja, tumbling, high school, Xcel, and competitive gymnastics. At TRC Gymnastics, AKA "The Rolling Company," we offer a variety of gymnastics classes for boys, girls, aspiring tumblers and cheerleaders and even adults that want a different take on continuing physical education. We understand that most individuals tend to learn about their o

wn physical abilities while learning new, fun and challenging skills. As physical educators, we have come to the understanding that we have a purpose of service to our local community. At TRC, our goal is to prepare children of all ages, shapes, and sizes for participation in physical activity through gymnastics instruction. Private lessons are available upon request and in the coming future, we hope create instructional opportunities for special needs as well.

Thank you Coastal Gymnastics for hosting “Beam Queen Boot Camp” last night. One of our gymnasts, Harper, and 2 Team Coaches, Pam and Stacy, attended the camp founded by Samantha Peszek.

Samantha was on the Pan America Games team that won gold 🥇 in the 2008 and apart of the 2008 USA Olympic TEAM that took home silver 🥈.
