Sink LOW bend your knees, and then bend them more 🦵🏼⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

90% of the weight should be on the back foot, with 10% of the weight on the ball of your front foot. Your front foot heel should be up nice and high. For those who wear high heels imagine you’re showcasing some serious stilettos 👠 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Ren-Zukis are the best to train:

🥋 breathing
🥋 hip rotation
🥋 timing + rhythm

I am doing a slow, fast rhythm here, but you can get creative in how you want to approach these.

Add 10 for 3 sets to warm up or to the end of your workout!!
