Pain during these?? Train your deltoids smarter! The middle and posterior deltoid muscle fibers are slow twitch so they do better with lighter load and more reps.

Tips:
•Athletic stance with knees slightly bent
•Hips slightly hinged with core engaged
•Lightly gripping weights
•Elbows slightly bent
•Shoulders moving authentically

JERK CHICKEN PIZZA 🍕

Build It:
• with the grain-free crust
• Olive oil and garlic as the sauce
• Organic bell peppers
• Red onion
• Plantains-pre cooked in cast iron
• Chopped homemade Jerk chicken
• Sprinkle of Goat cheese
• Bake according to pizza crust
• Add organic spinach and cook a little more
• Then obviously take some more jerk chicken wings and place neatly on top of finished pizza 😆...
