We are so stoked to have Meg Seifert and Sarah Dominick on staff for the RGXC ski team this season! Come meet both at the RGXC ski team info session tomorrow, 5/21 at Summit Station (see previous post for all the details)!
Seifert brings two decades of youth ski program management experience to our growing program at Royal Gorge. She will serve as Youth Programs Coordinator for the weekend program, focusing on elementary and middle school ages. Additionally, Seifert will assist with events, bringing her decade of FIS technical delegate experience to the slate of national caliber races RGXC will host—culminating in the 2028 Junior National Cross-Country Ski Championships.
Dominick joins Royal Gorge focusing on Junior and Development Racing Teams. In addition to her 15 years as a classroom educator, Dominick has previously coached nordic skiing at the Jackson Hole Ski Club (U14s), Carrabassett Valley Academy, the Maine Winter Sports Center (masters and school programs), the University of Maine at Presque Isle, Bowdoin College and the Sugar Bowl Ski Team (U8s-U14s). As an athlete, Dominick competed for Bates College in nordic skiing and track, earning All-American status at NCAA DIII Track Championships 5 times. In her post collegiate career, Dominick skied for the Madshus Marathon Team and competed at the national and international level for 15 years, earning several top 10 finishes at U.S. Championships.
