Play the long game. You’ll beat most everyone just by outlasting them.

Starting over isn't fun. There is nothing glamourous about getting back into the game after a break.

The good news? You're not starting back from level 1. You haven't lost all progress. Of course, it will take some time to get back to where you were, but not as long as the first time.

The mind and body do not easily forget the hard lessons learned and the experience gained.
