🥋💧 Water Reminder for Classes! 💧🥋
Just a quick reminder to all students and parents:
Please remember to bring a water bottle to class today and moving forward. Staying hydrated is an important part of training, especially as the weather continues to warm up.
We have been fortunate to have several generous families donate cases of water for our students, and we greatly appreciate their kindness! ❤️ However, to help teach responsibility and good training habits, we are encouraging all students to bring their own water bottles to each class.
Just like students bring water bottles to school, bringing one to karate is now becoming part of being prepared for class.
