Lights are being installed on the pickleball courts, with landscaping scheduled for next week, at which point the pickleball project will be fully completed. Meanwhile, the company is on site finalizing adjustments to the new LED tennis replacement bulbs to ensure optimal coverage on the tennis courts. 🥒 🎾

What an incredible weekend at Greene Ridge Racquet Club!

Today marked the conclusion of the Greene Ridge Pickleball Inaugural Open, our first multi-day pickleball tournament, and we couldn't be more grateful for everyone who helped make it such a success.

The tournament wrapped up with Mixed Doubles competition and some outstanding play throughout the day.

Over the past three days, players traveled from across Eastern North Carolina and beyond to compete, connect, and enjoy the game we all love. We were honored to host so many great athletes, families, and supporters at our facility.

A special thank you goes out to Tournament Director Ray Thigpen for organizing and managing a tremendous inaugural event, as well as all of the volunteers, spectators, and players who contributed to such a positive tournament atmosphere.

The success of this weekend reinforces our commitment to growing pickleball and creating more opportunities for competition and community here at Greene Ridge Racquet Club.

And the excitement continues!

Registration is now open for the Greene Ridge Summer Slam, scheduled for June 26-28, 2026. We look forward to welcoming returning competitors and first-time players alike for another great weekend of pickleball.
