A really good day for our team!
We unloaded good right off the trailer with very minimal work to be done. During practice we showed good speed but made a change for qualifying. Josh overdrive turn 3 that ultimately could have put us at the top of the board but ended up 3rd. At that point we knew the car was good enough to possibly win and no adjustments were made. During the race we had a shot at 2nd several times but Josh wasn’t aggressive enough. He could’ve pushed it and tried to take the spot, but there was no reason to risk tearing up a good car just to force the issue.
A strong car, a solid finish, and most importantly the car is damage free.
Huge thanks to everyone who has stuck with us, checked on us, and supported this team through the ups and downs. It means more than you know.

After some time away and following our driver’s medical concerns, we’re happy to say he has officially been cleared to return to racing.
We’re excited to have him back in the car and back with the team. Coming off a strong 3rd-place finish, we’re looking forward to getting back to the track and seeing if we can keep that momentum going.
We appreciate everyone who has checked on us, supported the team, and understood why we had to take a step back.

Now, it’s time to go racing again. 🏁

HAPPY 60TH BIRTHDAY LUCAS! 🎉🏁

Today we’re celebrating one of our crew members birthday! We are starting to wonder if we need to put a senior discount on his pit crew credentials. 😂
60 years young and still showing up to the track, giving his two cents, cleaning, cleaning, and more cleaning, and probably telling us how things were done “back in his day.” 😆
Seriously though, we’re thankful to have you as part of the Waldron Family Racing family.
Happy 60th Birthday! Here’s to many more years, plenty of racing, and hopefully a few more wins along the way! 🎂🏁

*** Race Recap ***

Thursday nights practice for the #77 Folsom Fence Supply Toyota didn’t start out well when Josh begged for a few laps. Thankfully the car wasn’t up to full speed when a power steering line blew. Huge thanks to Terry Dease for allowing us to run one of his. Thursday nights practice ended with a good setup for Mike Bledsole that felt confident in the car. Friday rolls around and the speed picked up with a qualifying spot for 5th, a few cars knocked us off of third late in qualifying but crew was happy with the speed. The race fell right into Mike Bledsole’s lap and when a caution fell halfway through he told the crew it was his to win. The helmet blower failed and ultimately Father Time caught up to the “old man” 😆. He crossed the checkered flag in 3rd to the words of “I still got it and I made it”. A massive weekend for the crew and fill in driver!

We are finally back at the track for the first time this season! Josh shook the car down yesterday for a driver that is no stranger to victory lane at Ace Speedway! He’s a limited track champion, multi time winner in modifieds, & one of the last racers to have driven at ACE Speedway on dirt! Mike Bledsole will be piloting the #77 Folsom Fence Supply, LLC Toyota tonight in the limited division. Had a successful test day and evening yesterday with competitive times. Help us wish him and the crew good luck this evening! A huge thank you to Accelerated Graphics for the graphics this year!
