📣 IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE 📣

As part of our transition from Mindbody to Arketa, the Pineapple Life app and Mindbody app are no longer connected to our scheduling system and will no longer work for booking classes, sauna sessions, or Recovery Lounge appointments.

The good news? 🍍

Our brand-new app, Pineapple Fitness + Recovery, has been submitted and is currently awaiting final approval from Google Play. The approval process is unfortunately out of our hands and could take hours, days, or even a few weeks.

But trust us—THE VERY MINUTE it goes live, there will be happy dances happening at Pineapple Life. 💃🍍🕺

And we'll make sure you know about it too! We'll be sharing setup instructions:

💛 A Note from Brandi 💛

Over the past few days, Pineapple Life has undergone one of the biggest changes we've made in nearly 8 years — transitioning to an entirely new software platform.

If I'm being honest, there were moments when I felt excited, nervous, overwhelmed, hopeful, and everything in between. Any time you make a big change, there are bound to be a few bumps in the road, and this transition has certainly had its share of glitches, questions, and unexpected challenges.

What I wasn't prepared for was the incredible kindness our community would show throughout it all.

Thank you for your understanding.
Thank you for your encouragement.
Thank you for your positive messages, your grace, your flexibility, and your trust.

So many of you have gone out of your way to tell us you're excited about the changes, that you appreciate the effort being made, and that you understand we're all learning together. Instead of focusing on what wasn't perfect, you've focused on what we're building — and that means more than I can put into words.

Pineapple Life has never just been a yoga studio, a wellness center, or a business. It has always been a community. This week was a beautiful reminder of that.

We will continue working hard, fixing issues, improving systems, and doing everything we can to create the best possible experience for you. But please know that your kindness, support, and belief in us have made this transition infinitely easier.
