Open to all students PK–12th grade, we’re calling all future stars to come run, jump, and throw their way to greatness. Don’t wait—registration is only $50 per athlete and closes May 13th! Good Morning Parents,
Please respond on REMIND letting us know if you plan to attend this weeks meet. It will help to know where coaches need to be, for your children. Also if your child plans to not participate in something they originally signed up for please let us know also.
I had spoken with a few and stated I would resend the link to conduct a background check to be on field with your child during the circuit meets.
A schedule is attached, this week’s itinerary, need to know information for ages/events and our approved coaches are pictured below- remember to bring your ID when entering the gate if you are an approved coach.
Field events parents-I cannot stress enough to arriving on time(before or right when gates open) they will start the events and not always run them in the order stated.

Parents,
If your child is participating in any field events they must be checked in by 8:00am!
-Running events check in by 8:30am unless you are doing the 1600(check in by 11am)
-Black or Dark Grey shorts, shirts may be worn under uniform if wanted.
-You can bring in smaller hand held coolers, with snacks/lunch etc. Concession stands will be available as well! (I don’t know their rules but I would stay away from glass bottles, and anything prohibited- typically cops are on patrol)
-If you have a tent and would like to pitch it, show up early-We will try and set up in bleachers if there is little to no space the ground it is, (chairs and blankets come in handy for ground usage).

Again, do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions! (Everyone is responsible for their own $5/spectator and competitor fee)
