Different night, same rodeo.

Absolutely gutted, we worked really hard all weekend to get the balance where we needed it, ultimately falling 0.004 seconds short of locking in on time. Got bounced around like a ping-pong ball in the LCQ, ultimately ending up on the rollback, ending our weekend early.

We’ve got a bunch of long nights ahead of us as we try to get the car back together for The Galloway Shootout in a couple of weeks.

Thanks to all the fans for coming out, and to all my amazing supporters for joining us on the journey. A huge thanks to Quality Towing, SeaTac Tire and Auto, and Revup Energy for all their season-long support! Another huge thanks to Lake Appliance Repair for coming on board!

To everyone who stopped by and bought a shirt in the pits afterwards, I owe another huge thanks! The racing community is so special and to our team, every dollar helps, and we will keep stacking our pennies and be back to try it all again!

The laps around Stateline Speedway sure go by fast!

We unloaded with a very tight racecar and worked all afternoon to get the balance in a better spot. Excited to keep wrenching on it and try our luck in what is a very deep and tight field!

Back in the saddle this weekend🤠

We are back on the road this weekend, crossing state lines to participate in the Road to the 200 at Stateline Speedway! Be sure to get your tickets early if you’re planning to come to the track, as it will be a full house for the inaugural season of the Cars Tour Northwest Pro Late Model series, featuring former NASCAR Cup Champion and newly inducted NASCAR Hall of Famer, Kevin Harvick!

Yesterday serves as a reminder to all of us that we are never promised tomorrow. Life is so fragile, and that is part of what makes it so special. Embrace the journey; as Kyle said, you never know when it will be the last time. Hug a loved one, cherish the memories, and keep creating new ones.

One of my earliest racing memories was watching Kyle Busch dominate the 2008 Toyota SaveMart 350 at Sonoma Raceway. It was the first NASCAR Cup race I ever attended and a core memory I’ll never forget. I remember leaving the track so mad that he won. Not by anything he did, but the fact that he won, and he won a lot. Growing up a die-hard Jimmie Johnson fan, I now see the irony; nonetheless, I will be the first to admit that, growing up, I was not a Kyle Busch fan; however, the mark he left on the sport for those to follow will never be forgotten or surpassed. His talent was truly once-in-a-lifetime. Kyle’s impact in the short-track ranks and paving a pathway for younger drivers is what led to the success of many young and rising stars in today’s world. Kyle played an instrumental part in bringing attention to the West Coast bullrings and asphalt late model racing as a whole.

My prayers go out to the entire Busch family. Our sport may never be the same, but Kyle’s impact on it will never be forgotten.

Tree Top 150✅

A weekend that went up in smoke. We made some great changes during Friday and Saturday practice to get the car in a great spot for the 150-lap race. Unfortunately, I missed the race tire stagger we aimed for in qualifying, which set us back and forced us to race our way in, and we did! We managed to avoid some of the early carnage, but unfortunately, the transmission came apart on lap 45, ending our night early.

None of this would be possible without our amazing partners and supporters! A huge thanks to Quality Towing Inc., Goodyear Tire & Automotive Center of South Hill Puyallup, and REVUP Energy for their continued season-long support and Elevate Racing Media for all the killer photos! Also, a big thank you to JJ Hamilton and Jason for driving over to help turn some wrenches!

P11 at Apple Cup.

Thank you to the Cars Tour West and Tri-Cities Raceway for putting on one heck of an event in front of a SOLD OUT Tri-Cities crowd!

Although the finish isn't what we hoped for in the end, we had good speed, and I learned a ton about myself as a driver. The race unfortunately didn’t fall our way, and I made a couple of mistakes that ruined our chances of what would have been a really solid day. I’ll learn from it and be better for it.

As always, a huge thanks to Quality Towing Inc., Goodyear Tire & Automotive Center of South Hill Puyallup, and REVUP Energy for all of their continued season-long support none of this would be possible without you! Another huge thanks, Nat Barber, for helping all day at the track on Saturday, and Andy Sole for spotting for me on super late notice.
