We’re officially in the home stretch over here. A few more finishing touches and this space is DONE. And even though we’ve been watching it come together piece by piece, we seriously cannot wait for you all to finally see it in person.

Our new lobby will be opening 9/14 too, so get ready for a whole new look when you come downstairs 👀

THE NEW RISE SCHEDULE IS HERE!!!
And this one feels extra exciting because starting 9/14, Rise officially offers Mat + Reformer classes 🤍

More ways to move, more class times to choose from, and two studio spaces to Rise in.

Our weekly schedule will include:
✨ Rise Reformer Pilates
✨ Rise Reformer Sculpt
✨ Mat Pilates
✨ Barre
✨ Strength
✨ Slow Flow Yoga

We’re kicking things off with 38 Reformer classes each week alongside all of your Mat Studio favorites, bringing Rise to 92 classes every week across both studios!

Early mornings, evenings, weekends and everything in between. We’ve built this schedule with lots of options to make it easier to find a class that works for you, with even more to come as we grow!

Reformer booking opens Monday, August 31 👀

And the new Reformer Studio isn’t the only change coming to Rise! Our new lobby opens 9/14, along with a few updates to the Mat Studio. Late September, we have even more exciting updates + refreshes coming to the Mat Studio space, in addition to our sauna opening 🔥

We’re in full remodel mode over here, setting the vibes high, adding some exciting new spaces, and making this place something you’ll love even more. A little messy right now? Yes. But it’s all starting to come together and we cannot wait for you to see it finished.

A few important dates + updates:

We’re looking for instructors who are confident on the reformer, experienced in group fitness, and passionate about creating intentional, welcoming class experiences.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for people who love good movement, good energy, and being part of a strong, supportive community 🤎

Reformer Pilates certification required. Prior group teaching experience preferred.

The update you’ve all been waiting for...
Our Reformer Studio is officially on track to open this September!

It’s been so fun watching this space come together this last month, and I can’t wait to finally welcome you in. There are still plenty of finishing touches ahead, but it’s starting to feel real.

We’ll be sharing more behind-the-scenes updates, opening details, class schedules, memberships, and booking information over the coming weeks.

Thank you for your patience, your excitement, and for cheering us on every step of the way. We truly can’t wait for this next chapter at Rise!

A little behind-the-scenes update from me 🤍
It’s been a busy season balancing classes, studio operations, planning our first teacher training, and a few other exciting updates.

Over the next few weeks, you’ll start noticing some changes in the areas outside our current studio as we begin to transform the spaces we’ll be expanding into. We can’t wait to bring you along on the journey behind the scenes!

If our replies take a little longer than usual or we’ve been a little quieter on social lately, thank you for your patience. Our little team has been working hard behind the scenes, and we can’t wait to share more with you soon!
