Sunset Yoga was everything we hoped it would be — movement, connection, community, and the most incredible summer sunset to bring it all together.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, rolled out a mat, and shared this evening with us. These events wouldn’t be what they are without this community, and we’re so grateful for every person who continues to show up and support. 🤍

A special thank you to our amazing vendors for being part of the evening and helping make it even more memorable, and to Skydive Snohomish for welcoming us into such a beautiful space.

Join Alyssa for movement, meditation, and a little crystal magic inside Awaken Yourself Crystal Shop!

Mats in Motion Presents: Chakra Slow Flow + Crystal Shopping. September 20th, 11:00AM - 1:00PM 🤍✨

We will begin by turning inward with intention setting and a collective card pull, followed by a chakra-focused meditation to bring awareness to the seven main energy centers of the body. From there, we will find ourselves in a slow flow yoga experience.

After practice, you’ll have time to explore Awaken Yourself’s crystal shop, connect with different stones, and choose anything that feels aligned with the intention you’ve created for yourself.

Your experience includes:

Intention setting
Collective card pull
Light snacks
Slow flow yoga practice
Time to shop and explore crystals
Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

We’re almost there, yogis! Here’s everything you need to know before you arrive at Sunset Yoga at SkySno:

📍 PARKING + CHECK-IN
• Park at SkySno- please carpool if you can!
• Overflow parking is available at the Buzz Inn
• Follow the signs for Sunset Yoga Check-in
• Harvey Field is an active airport ✈️ Please follow all signage and stay alert for aircraft.

🛍️ PRE-CLASS WELLNESS MARKET | 4:40–6:50 PM
• Come early to shop 15+ local vendors!
• The first 25 people to arrive get a FREE swag bag!

🧘 AIRFIELD YOGA | 6:50 PM
At 6:50 PM, we’ll be escorted out to the airfield together! Please give yourself plenty of time to park, check in, visit the market, and get settled before then.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Layers (and maybe even a cozy blanket!)
• Good vibes ✨

💛 TEENS ARE FREE!
This event supports our Teen Yoga Program, and we’re so excited to offer free admission to teens!

My Grown-Up & Me: Sunflower Yoga 🌻

Join us for a sweet morning of movement, stories, and sunflowers!

Designed for little yogis and their favorite grown-ups, this special outdoor experience begins with a 45-minute playful yoga class and storytime led by Amanda, surrounded by a beautiful field of sunflowers. Followed by time to stoll the farm and pick your very own sunflower bouquet to take home.

Moms, dads, grandparents, nannies, aunties, uncles, and other special grown-ups are all welcome. This morning is simply about spending time together and making a sweet memory in the sunflowers.

Your ticket includes:
• Admission for 1 child + 1 grown-up
• 45-minute outdoor kids + grown-up yoga and storytime
• Time to explore and stroll through the gardens
• 1 you-pick bouquet per family

Bring your yoga mats, comfortable clothes, and come ready for a morning together in the sunflowers. 🌻
