Off-season update: 254lbs fasted this morning. We pulled back from the bulk a little bit to give my body a little break and get me in better cardio shape. It was getting hard for me to just do normal tasks, like s*x or walking the dogs. We had put on so much mass in such a small amount of time.
We started this year in the low 230s and I was pretty fat, for me. We touched 270 for a brief amount of time, before we pulled back. Stripping off that extra 10lbs of water and fat feels much more comfortable and has me increasing my sensitivity again.
My androgen current dosage is 875mg total per week. Not taking any growth, no insulin, no oral androgens.
The plan: Deload a little and continue get my Gl ready for the 2023 contest season. I did a f***l test and it turns out I have a couple parasites and a little H.pilori over growth. Overall my Gl is pretty good, but it can be doing better. I also have a couple small injuries that l'm thinking will be mostly healed after the Olympia. After the O we'll do a little cycle change and push again until February, when we start prep.
