LR Ranch AQHA breeder, raising horses with size, bone and most of all good minds. LR performance horses is a working ranch that backgrounds and grazes yearlings.

We do all of our cattle work horse back, therefore we need good solid horses that can do a days work. We breed and ride primarily Blue Valentine bloodlines, We have found that they have the dispostion, ability and the willingness to get the job done better than any other breed.  Anybody looking for a really cool horse that is family style, laid-back easy-going should mature around 15 hands and be about as wide as she is tall.
We bred, raised and started her under saddle, and she has never given us one problem. She had about 20 rides as a two year-old and then she’s been ridden this spring pretty steady. She will saddle up and walk off every time, she collects up, moves off leg pressure, walks, trots, and lopes on a loose rein. 
If you want a really cool, unique horse, this is her.
I will include a picture of her sire as well as her dam Julie Plentywood.

We put 30 days on her as a two year-old and she’s had four months this spring of steady riding and day working. She is ready to go in any direction. She collects up moves off leg pressure, neck reins, and could go in any direction. Missy will drop her head and walk all day, she is family style. Heavy made, and 100% sound.
