Classes are offered Tuesdays through Fridays for ages 18 months through 10 years old. **JUNIOR BEARS: Ages 18 months - 2 ½ years; 30 minute class
The gym will be set up as an obstacle for an adult to accompany the participant with.
**TUMBLE BEARS: Ages 2 - 3 years; 30 minute class
This class is for participants who are ready for class unaccompanied by a parent and can follow a group.
**ADVANCED
BEARS: Ages 3 - 4 years; 45 minute class
The participant is unaccompanied by a parent and expected to stay with a group. This class works to introduce basic gymnastics skills.
**PRESCHOOL: Ages 4 - 5 years; 1 hour class
This class works on building strength and flexibility through exercises that focus on a preschool developmental level.
- introduces beginner level gymnastics skills, terms and concepts including but not limited to: jumps, rolls, cartwheel, handstands, beam independence and pull-over on bars.
**BRONZE: Ages 5+
This class is best for someone NEW to gymnastics.

**SILVER: Ages 8+ unless promoted by coach
The Silver level continues to build and refine beginner level skills while introducing intermediate level skills, which include but are not limited to: round-off, back & front walk-over, back-hip-circle on bars, round-off beam dismounts. The Silver level works to develop strength and flexibility.
**GOLD: Coach promotion ONLY
The Gold level focuses on intermediate level gymnastics, which include but are not limited to: round-off, back & front walk-over, back-hip-circle on bars, round-off beam dismounts.
**PRETEAM: Coach promotion ONLY
The Preteam level introduces competition-style gymnastics and routines, with high focus on both strength conditioning and skill mastery.
- Skills worked on include but are not limited to: aerials, back handspring, front handspring, routines on bars & beam
-This class is best for an experienced gymnast who has mastered both beginner skills and intermediate skills and can perform them unassisted
