Building Yurchenko basics! 💥

Today our athletes worked round-off entries into double back saltos off the trampoline board, developing the air awareness, body control, and confidence needed for future Yurchenko vaulting.

Big skills are built through smart progressions. Every drill has a purpose, and every rep brings these athletes one step closer to more advanced vaulting.

am extremely proud of every gymnast who stepped onto the competition floor and represented our program with determination, courage, and sportsmanship. Success isn’t measured only by medals and scores—it’s measured by the hard work, resilience, and growth displayed throughout the season, and our athletes demonstrated all of those qualities.

A huge thank you to our coaching staff for their dedication, to our parents for their unwavering support, and to our gymnasts for their commitment and trust in the process. It truly takes a team effort, and this weekend was a reflection of that.

Congratulations to all of our athletes on a fantastic championship weekend. Enjoy this accomplishment—you’ve earned it!
