I have a Love/Hate relationship with upper body workouts 😬 But the results made me an addict 🤞🏽💯 In love with my back 😍 !! I’ve always been naturally built. My dad used to call the women in our family “line backers” 😂😂 because of our broad shoulders 😩 ... Don’t skip upper body sis 🤫 mo gains, no problems 😈

Mannnnnnn it’s really be the small things that I love to celebrate 🔥💕, but those small things make you feel the BIGGEST 🥺💯

Joan Thomas or as I call her JT joined CG as a virtual camper back in September 2020. She had explained to me that she made a goal for herself to drop some weight by the end of the year. She’s been showing up every since, 6AM don’t come easy! But she was up and ready 🏋🏾‍♂️ and the days she couldn’t make my virtual classes she was still checking in with me,letting me know she still got her work out in! Asking for other trainers I’d recommend. She’s lives about a hour away, so between both our schedules getting to a outdoor camp together or camper socials was hard to schedule.
- 2021 hit she start doing two a days! 6AMs virtually with me and hitting her home gym after work by herself ✔️. This week being community week we came up with a plan to meet up at the gym. Seeing how hard she was going, motivated me. I said “ sis, we gotta link! I gotta get back to it” 😤😔 .. she said give me the time and the place I’m there ... This morning I texted her, to set up something later in the afternoon. She replied, I’m here now 💪🏾
Me : 😳😳 Send the Addy !! I’m on the way!
As I’m on the way, she text me like please take it easy on me. 😂😂 I said nah sis we’re in this together, you’re working out WITH ME !! I know you can keep up 🤞🏽 This really topped my week off 🥺💛 this was me living in my PURPOSE TODAY! Bringing joy and impacting lives 🏋🏾‍♂️🔥
