F3 Smyrna meets 3 times a week around town and early enough in the morning to not get in the way with your day-to-day life.

We offer always free bootcamp style workouts to any man over the age of 16.

All fitness levels are welcome.

Why do we do this? F3 is a worldwide grass roots organization that strives to enrich leadership in our community through fitness, fellowship, and faith (any calling higher than yourself).

6 PAX managed to make a lot of fun with our 12 Miles of Rucksmas event this past Saturday!!

Starting at 5am and wearing at least 20lbs, we made our way through the neighborhoods surrounding Stewart’s Creek High School with Santa hats and Christmas music and at every mile we stopped and added an exercise that we repeated each mile.

We maintained a 30 second jog, 60 second walk, the whole time and really pushed ourselves!

It is always free, open to all men, held outdoors rain or shine, peer led, and always ends in a circle of trust.

It’s getting cold outside but that won’t stop us from getting out there early in the AM!!

Heck of a time with F3 Murfreesboro this weekend!! 9 PAX from Smryna joined a total of 26 others from Murfreesboro and Nolensville for a CSAUP (completely stupid and utterly pointless) and completed over 5 miles of running mixed with H.I.T. exercises along the way.
