I’m always ready to help more people start their fitness/improved health journey. My program includes exercise programming for small groups, one-on-one, functional exercise, traditional resistance training, speed/agility, HIIT training (high impact, low impact, non-advanced and advanced); Diet/Nutrition management and motivational/coaching support.
