Calling ALL Down Girls Softball Players from this past spring and fall!!!

If you are interested in your daughter riding on the Down East Girls Softball Float in the Down East Christmas Parade, please have her to spot # 22 between 2:15 and 2:30. The line up for the parade will start on Stewart Road, weave down Nelson St to Bayview. The parade will run on the front road towards the beginning of the island and end right past the Dollar General on Willis Rd.

We would like the girls to wear their DE sweatshirt and maybe a Santa hat or something festive. We will have some 5 gallon buckets for them to sit on, but if you have one to send with your daughter that may be helpful. Please just put your name on it. We are also asking that each girl bring a bag(s) of candy to throw.

Please meet the float at the end of the parade to grab your daughter. We will not let them walk back to you alone.

The 2025 Spring Hit-A-Thon fundraiser has begun! Our goal this year is $6,000. The monies raised during this fundraiser helps to keep our fees down as well as helps us provide equipment for our players and upgrade the facilities around our fields. Each donation is also tax deductible. Thank you to everyone that continues to support our Athletes!
