The Men's team qualifies out of Smyrna,TN to punch their ticket to USBC ITC Nationals! This is the 2nd trip in 3 years for the Men's team. A total team effort this weekend, that came down to the final frame of game 64. Let's go make some noise in Vegas, boys! Go Thunder!⚡️

The regular season for the Trine University Bowling team's concluded this past weekend in Indianapolis at the Columbia 300 Hoosier Classic. This event, that features 78 of the best Men's teams, and 66 of the best women's teams is the hardest event of the year, featuring two different qualifying patterns, and a 3rd pattern for matchplay as well. The men ended the event 34th, and find themselves going into post season ranked 23rd, which is the highest rank the men have ever had in program history(previous high was 25th in 2020-21). The women's had themselves a historical weekend, finishing 14th/66 teams which is the highest Hoosier finish in women's history. One Sunday, the girls averaged 207.8 for their 15 bakers, which included the first baker 300 in women's history and 2nd in program history. They find themselves ranked 12th in the country headed into the post season. They've been working extremely hard and the results are starting to show at the right time. 3 weeks to sharpen up for ITC sectionals to punch our ticket to nationals! GO Thunder!⚡️

The first semester for the Trine University Bowling teams has officially come to a close! Men's team had a 3rd place finish at the Keystone Quaker Classic and an 8th place finish at the Lehigh Valley Collegiate Classic, while the women finished 4th at the Lehigh Valley Collegiate Classic and 2nd at the Keystone Quaker Classic. The 3rd place finish for the men is the highest tier one finish ever on the men's side. We had ATT finishes out of Hayden Hale at the Keystone Quaker LV Classic on the men's side, and ATT finishes from Megan Timm (4th) at the Lehigh Valley Collegiate Classic and Alissa VanHorn (3rd) at the Keystone Quaker Classic. So proud of the work the entire program has put in on and off the lanes. So much personal growth from everyone. As we prepare for the final stretch, here are some team stats below to highlight an awesome semester!

AHBA Tournament sweep this past weekend for the Trine Thunder!⚡️Varsity Men, Women as well as both JV1 teams take home the titles. ATT honors for the following athletes:
-Zack Sisk 2nd on the ATT averaging 241 with program high game 298
-Blake Attig 4th averaging 230
-Megan Timm 4th averaging 208
-Henry Gawron leading JV with a 220 average
-Chase Wensel 2nd averaging 211
-William Smith 3rd averaging 211
-Arie Lowe 4th averaging 206
-Matthew Smith 5th averaging 204

Teams are off to Allentown, PA next for two big tier 1 tournaments. Go Thunder!⚡️
