Middle Tennessee Tae Kwon Do Middle Tennessee Taekwondo offers traditional Taekwondo training for the entire family. Middle Tennessee Tae Kwon Do offers Tae Kwon Do for ages 3 and up!

We offer children's and adult class 4 days per week. We also offer weapons training programs to our students.
